Tilt Screen Mod
The BMPCC OG screen is fixed. This mod adds a tilting LCD housing built from a 3D-printed enclosure and a CNC machined 6061 aluminum backplate. The backplate also pulls heat away from the camera body and, paired with the Ulanzi CU01 cooler, keeps temperatures low enough to shoot without worrying about overheating.
OLPF Alternative
Moiré shows up when fine detail — fabric, brick, window screens — conflicts with the pixel grid on your sensor. Files and documentation to build your own Optical Low-Pass Filter and install it on the OG sensor. Two pieces of optical glass, fused into one unit by you, with no compromise to image quality.
BMPCC 4K OLPF
Moiré is a known issue with this camera. This modification includes files and links to the source for optical glass so you can fuse them together and have your own OLPF. It cuts the moiré and colour-shifted crawling that tight fabric, brick, and window screens produce on the sensor.
